I believe that therapy provides a uniquely personal experience in which healing can be facilitated through understanding and connection. I work to create a warm and non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to be yourself and to open up to whatever extent feels comfortable for you.
I specialize in working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, addiction, and trauma and abuse. I also have extensive experience working with veterans, active-duty military personnel and military spouses, as well as those who are justice-involved, previously incarcerated, affiliated or experiencing homelessness. My practice is inclusive, multicultural, feminist and LGBTQIAAP+ affirming, and I work with adults, couples, families, and teenagers from diverse backgrounds.
